There are many causes of red eye ranging from;

• Infections
• Acute Glaucoma
• Dry Eyes
• Haemorrhages

Some of the causes of red eye are sight threatening and require urgent diagnosis and treatment. If you are affected by red eyes seek advice from your optician or GP immediately.
