After having a fall and breaking my prescription sunglasses I needed a very dark lens in the new pair. Jaysons went above and beyond to please me. I’m delighted with them and even received a case to match the frame colour. Excellent service as always.

I am a very satisfied customer. I have had thorough examinations in the past, one of which led to an appropriate hospital referral. I have been pleased with my glasses, and on two occasions have needed repairs due to my own clumsiness, these were done quickly with no charge. The staff are all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Had my eye test done here at the start of the year after a long time as I wasn’t sure if my prescription had changed. The test was very thorough and the results explained clearly. I was told my prescription hadn’t changed and didn’t feel under any pressure to buy new frames. Very professional, will go back again and definitely recommend as there’s a great range of frames at a reasonable price.

I lost the pin out of my glasses, over the weekend. I emailed Jaysons and had a very prompt reply over the weekend, which I didn’t expect. I arranged an appointment for the Monday morning – very efficient . I felt very safe whilst in the opticians, as they had a very well thought out system in place to protect staff and customers from Covid 19. The repair was very swift and I was in the shop for very a short space of time – I couldn’t ask for better friendly service. I would fully recommend anyone to use this opticians.

Having trouble with my eyes I went to Jaysons where the service was phenomenal and efficient. The service was incredibly personalised with time taken to get to the root of the problem and I was made to be feel very comfortable throughout the tests (which were very extensive and accurate). The staff worked with me to select frames which suited my needs as I work in the health care industry and the turnout time was super quick. Overall I can not recommend this place enough with the level of professionalism and supreme customer service!

Outstanding customer service. As a slightly nervous first-time lenses wearer, I was treated with the utmost patience by all staff. The opticians are first-class, and go out of their way to help you. Their experience and considerate manner gave me the confidence to become a lenses wearer. I cannot praise this establishment highly enough.
